Projects

So many projects, so little time, don't know how to to, differing drives among group members. Wow, this is so tough. Im beginning to hate group work. It brings out the ugliness in each of us. It is one thing that a certain group assignment is to be completed, and it is another to how the people in the team help and contribute to finishing the whole assignment. There are members in a group that have higher drives compared to others in it. The ones with the higher drives would put in effort to do the project or ask about it at the very least, while the the ones with the lesser drive would simply don't give a shit.

To the latter, fuck you, scums..

Lanjiao..

I guess it does'nt pay to nice to them after they continuously do this kind of shit to you without the feel of guilt. Ill still be nice and sweet and crappy nonetheless. There's always this dilemma of friends vs group members. Its hard when your group members give you hell, and you cant do anything about it because you and them are friends, or at least classmates. At the end of the day, we give these people full marks for peer appraisal, which is so unfair. Im sure a lot of people have these kind of sticky situations, but left with limited choices. To rub salt into wound, these scums would usually get cocky and proudly tell everyone, "See, I do things last minute oso can get AD, no need stress!!!"

Kaninabeh..

The higher drived people are usually the nice and accomodating people, and they would just keep the anger and pissness to themselves, while the lower drived ones would proudly showcase themselves on how cool and streetsmart they are that they get good grades with minimal work.

Chao cheebye..

This will go on and last forever unless the higer drived guai people start to be more vicious and take brutal actions.

But them being them, they will just let the matter rest and let karma handle things.

That being said, I hope no one feels the heat, cuz Im not reffering to anyone of you. :D

Hmm, I havent even talk about bias lecturers...
