Whats the difference between reading back to the person what u wrote and repeat what u wrote to the person. A fucking whole lot of difference according to a certain organisation that when you use the word repeat instead of read back it equates to fail!. And its a gauge whether you noe ur things or not. Correct me if im wrong, since you guys are more knowledgeble in that certain area, but dun penalise me for something that im definitely better at, for example, English. I may sound arrogant, but the standard of English there is so appalling that they need english teachers, be it unqualified ones, like me. But thats besides the point. What Im pissed off is how rigid and stupid some companies are that not using your brains makes your life so much better compared to people who actually use. If ure rigid and have no brains, join this kind of company.
