A way to lose weight

You take a one teaspoon of peanut butter. You coat your mouth with it. You then shove as much lettuce or bak choys into your mouth and keep chewing until it stops tasting like peanut butter. You keep eating the greens until your mouth gets that green vegetable grassy taste. Then you eat some more peanut butter.

Thats why I love peanut butter. If you dont like that, you can try substituting it with nutella or pasta sauce.
